Construction: --- UCM Amphibious excavator undercarriage ( Pontoons) is manufactured from Q345B ( Cr50 ) or A36 steel plate. So, they are allowed to be used in brackish water without affecting the pontoon's structural integrity.
The pontoon bottoms are also reinforced for rough terrain operation. Each pontoon has 3 independent watertight compartments ensuring pontoon buoyancy ,if one of them is broken.
Track shoes : --- Track shoes of UCM pontoon undercarriage are made of specially produced Q345B Steel. They are strong enough to support the whole amphibious excavator.
Also, the wide and thick track shoes could help the UCM Amphibious excavator walking ( Floating and swimming on water) faster.
Track chains : --- We assemble 3 rows of chains on each pontoon. It is more reliable and durable than 2-chain pontoon. Also, the 3-chain could raise the track shoes strength when walking on rough terrains.
UNION Amphibious excavator track chains are made of super durable 40Cr special steel. This high quality steel can guarantee long-life of chains. So, it is safer to work on deep water.
Hydraulic drive: --- According to users' requests, we could install 2 or 4 travel motor assembles on each pontoon undercarriage (amphibious excavator undercarriage). Usually, we choose DOOSAN brands travel motors.
They are reliable quality and very reasonable prices. Besides, DOOSAN travel motor could supply very enough power to drive the amphibious excavators.

FAQ
Q: How to install ?
A: 1., a floating box landing, the two through the tube into the floating box hole, inserted in the side of the tube, a piece of wood pad, so that the lateral tilt
2. drop another pontoon and point it through two tubes
3. after the tube is inserted, the tube is fixed by the bolt
4.. Enlarge the plate to the tank and use the U card to fix it
5., the upper part of the excavator hoist, put on the market, with wide eyes on the Qi, tighten the screws
6. connect the hydraulic oil pipe, connect the oil pipe of the motor on the float box to the excavator
Q:How to operate?
A : 1., prohibit the operation of more than 1.6 meters water depth, silt is not limited to depth
2., prohibited in the uneven, the left and right sides of the floating box, the focus of great disparity in the situation, walking operations
3. amphibious excavators use slow gear while walking, and do not use fast gear
4., start the walking state, the first step on the foot of the throttle, and then walk

Q: How to maintain?
A:1. ensure the chain tension, loose situation should be adjusted to 3-5, a chain wheel suspension track shall prevail
2. ensure that the seat four screws, and ensure ten days (or work 80 hours) to beat the butter
3. top silk, beat butter once a week
Check the screws between the 4. chains and the chain, check the screws frequently and keep the screws tight
